Currently at Kanaka Software, where I shipped an internal AI platform that analysts actually use. Outside of work, I write technical articles and build side projects.

Building AI-powered HR analytics and on-demand marketplace backends.
AI-Powered HR Insights Platform
- Built a multi-agent generative AI platform with a dynamic agent registry. Agents are fetched and invoked based on the incoming query rather than hardcoded pipelines. Think of it as an AI research analyst that figures out what it needs on the fly.
- Designed the agent registry system where each agent is registered with its capabilities, and the orchestrator dynamically picks the right agent combination based on the query context. Data sources are fully configurable per agent.
- Cut per-company research time from 4-5 hours to under 30 minutes by automating data collection, analysis, and report generation. Roughly a 70% reduction in manual effort.
- Wrote the prompt engineering layer and task orchestration logic so the system maintains context across dynamically sequenced agent calls without losing information between steps.
- Automated talent benchmarking. What used to take 2 days of manual curation now takes under 3 hours with candidate scoring and ranking pipelines.
On-Demand Sitter Marketplace (US Market)
- Backend engineer on an Uber-style platform connecting parents with available babysitters in real time. 1,000+ registered users, 4.7 app store rating.
- Built on AWS (Amplify, Cognito, EventBridge, CloudWatch) with 99.9% uptime, handling secure auth, event orchestration, and live monitoring.
- Designed APIs handling 500+ concurrent booking requests and brought average parent-sitter match time down by around 40%.
- Integrated Twilio for real-time SMS notifications via an event-driven pipeline so parents and sitters stay in sync throughout the booking.
